Witness says Reyes took pistol toward victim's house
DANVILLE – Juan Antonio Reyes was part of a conspiracy to rob a Danville man of cash and marijuana two years ago, a former Joliet man testified Tuesday.
On the night of the robbery, which ended in William Thomas' death, Joseph Hernandez said he rode with Reyes, Andre Smith and Alex Garcia to a house on Danville's east side. Later, he stood on a sidewalk in front of the house and watched Reyes and Smith enter the front porch, each armed with a pistol.
