Sexual assault nets man 20 years

URBANA – An Urbana man who engaged in a violent sexual assault of a woman in her home last summer has been sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Under truth-in-sentencing legislation, that means Seth Weaver, 26, will spend at least 17 years in prison for aggravated criminal sexual assault.
