Market street reopens after break in water main
CHAMPAIGN – A water main break Monday night led to the closure of Market Street just north of Interstate 74 overnight.
But the street was reopened this morning after Illinois American Water crews were able to repair the 12-inch water pipe, said Barry Suits, network operations manager for the water company.
