Groups gear up for 2007 fundraising

DANVILLE – A million dollars, a Kruggerand and last-minute donations have kept local social service organizations counting 2006 campaign contributions as they ready for 2007.

The Danville Family YMCA launched the "banner" part of its 2007 Strong Kids annual campaign on Wednesday, targeting corporations and upper-level donors.
