Murder, attempted murder retrial set for April

PAXTON – The date of the retrial of David Hari on charges of murder and attempted murder has been changed for the fifth time. The trial is now scheduled to begin April 23 in Ford County Circuit Court.

Hari was convicted in January 2003 by a Ford County jury for the 2002 shooting of ex-wife Lisa Hari, then 36, and killing her boyfriend Jeffrey Thomas, then 39, both of Paxton.
