Heated Chief debate typifies discord; UI working on solutions

URBANA – Celina Villanueva knew things wouldn't be the same.

She grew up in Chicago. Not in white, north-side Chicago, but in Little Village, a mostly Hispanic enclave on the southwest side, and she attended Kenwood Academy, a predominantly black school on the south side.
