Police use Taser on man suspected of DUI

SADORUS – Champaign County deputies used a Taser device to control a man who was trying to get away after a traffic stop in Sadorus early Tuesday.

Ashley Aaron Alblinger, 22, of Ivesdale was arraigned Tuesday on charges of aggravated driving while under the influence and driving while his license was revoked. His bond was set at $5,000 and he is due to return to court for a pretrial hearing March 27.
