Unit 4 receives extension to file plan
CHAMPAIGN – Champaign school officials have almost another month to file a plan telling how they'll comply with the district's consent decree.
But the judge in the case said he won't grant another extension, "absent unusual circumstances," and the report must be submitted by March 21, whether or not the court-appointed monitor approves of the plan.
