Hiller to serve four more years on Monticello City Council
MONTICELLO – Kevin Hiller grinned from ear to ear as he learned Tuesday night he will get to serve another four years on the Monticello City Council.
Hiller defeated Chad McFarland 95 to 80 to win the Republican primary for the Monticello City Council in Ward 2, which includes the southeast quadrant of the city.
