Urbana officials want more diversity in work force
URBANA – Urbana has a new human relations officer and, from the sound of it, the city council wants him to get to work.
Todd Rent, 34, began working in the $60,000 per year position last Monday. He replaces Vacellia Clark, who moved to the position of city personnel manager.
