Empty boxes costing county recycling program

DANVILLE – Empty boxes are costing the Vermilion County recycling program extra dollars.

For no charge, residents can drop off recyclable items at seven sites around Vermilion County, but the county's recycling program pays for that material to be hauled away for processing.
