Milmine man gets 12-year prison term in drug case

URBANA – A Milmine man who was selling drugs from an Urbana motel room was sentenced Tuesday to 12 years in prison.

Justin Kelly, 21, pleaded guilty before Champaign County Judge Heidi Ladd to possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
