Accused Urbana teacher seeks new bond

BLOOMINGTON – An Urbana school teacher accused of molesting students in two counties will be back in court in two weeks in hopes of getting a lower bond.

Jon A. White, 26, of Normal, formerly a teacher at Urbana's Thomas Paine School, appeared before a McLean County judge Friday for a status hearing on the charges he faces in that county.
