Urbana teen accused of impersonating officer
URBANA – An Urbana teen who claimed to be a Secret Service agent is due back in court in May to face a felony charge of false personation of a peace officer.
Jeremiah Ervin, 19, who listed an address in the 2400 block of Prairie Green, was arrested Thursday afternoon after he went to the Kendall Gill Boys Home at 208 E. Washington St., U, and told an employee there he was a Secret Service agent.
