Bond set for man accused in drug case
CHAMPAIGN – An Urbana man is accused of having drugs for sale.
Harvey Blakely, 21, who listed an address in the 600 block of Phillips Drive, Urbana, was arraigned Monday on a Class 1 felony charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
