Tuscola, outlet mall teaming up

TUSCOLA – The city and the owners of the community's outlet mall have entered into a partnership to revitalize and expand the shopping center.

City Administrator Drew Hoel announced Monday that the city and the Tanger Factory Outlet Center have both informally approved a memorandum of understanding over the development of the center.
