Savoy's village board to stay the same
SAVOY – Tuesday's election didn't change the make up of the Savoy village board.
Trustees Arthur Skelton, Becky Pittman and John Brown held on to their seats, defeating challengers David Dunn, John Johnson and Dee Shonkwiler.
