Experts: Plan response to attack
Experts in police training say everyone should be prepared for emergencies, even encounters with a man with a gun.
John Gnagey, former deputy police chief for Champaign and current director of the National Tactical Officers Association, said most everyone has plans at home, school or work in case of a tornado. They should also have contingency plans if there is a shooter in their building.
