State expands limits of its program for low-income seniors
SPRINGFIELD – Social Security recipients who got a raise from Uncle Sam this year might still qualify for help from the state in buying their prescription medicines.
That's because the state has bumped up the income limits for its prescription drug assistance program for low-income seniors, Illinois Cares Rx.
