'Persons of interest' ID'd in Monticello threat probe
MONTICELLO – Police have identified four "persons of interest" in their criminal investigation to find out who wrote a threat on a bathroom mirror at Monticello High School.
Monticello Police Chief John Miller said professionals always look for copycat crimes after a major national incident, but he called the threat scrawled Thursday in black marker on the girls' bathroom mirror – "This will be Virginia Tech in 5 Days – "absolutely shocking."
