Testimony begins in retrial of Paxton man's murder case
PAXTON – A jury of four women and eight men began hearing testimony Tuesday in the retrial of a Paxton man's murder case in Ford County Circuit Court.
During opening statements Tuesday in the murder and attempted murder trial against David Hari, Ford County State's Attorney Tony Lee said that evidence will include Hari's former wife, Lisa Hari, who survived being shot three times.
