Student accused of making fake IDs
URBANA – A University of Illinois student accused of making fake driver's licenses is due back in court May 17 with a lawyer.
Peter White, 20, a resident of Scott Hall at 202 E. Peabody Drive, C, was charged Wednesday in Champaign County Circuit Court with manufacturing fraudulent driver's licenses, a Class 4 felony carrying penalties ranging from probation to one to three years in prison upon conviction.
