Ford County man found guilty of murder at retrial
PAXTON – Ford County jurors Monday found former Paxton resident David Hari, 44, guilty for a second time of murder and attempted murder.
The jury deliberated about an hour before returning around 4:30 p.m. with its verdict. County Assistant Public Defender David Rumley of Urbana said he was surprised by the speed of the verdict since jurors took more than three hours to deliberate in the first trial.
