Judge: Urbana schools entitled to police info
URBANA – A Champaign County judge has ruled that the Urbana school district is entitled to police reports about the investigation of a teacher accused of sexually molesting students – but not now.
The request by Effingham attorneys David McDevitt and Christopher Koester was made on behalf of Urbana schools Superintendent Gene Amberg, who wants access to reports generated by police about Jon Andrew White.
