Danville attorney indicted in tax case
SPRINGFIELD – A federal grand jury in Springfield on Thursday indicted Danville attorney John "Pat" Wolgamot as part of a tax fraud conspiracy.
U.S. Attorney Rodger Heaton said Wolgamot was indicted on conspiracy to defraud the Internal Revenue Service and aiding in the filing of false income tax returns.
