Autopsy being conducted on road construction worker
SAVOY – An autopsy was to be conducted this morning in Bloomington for a Champaign man who died in a two-vehicle construction-zone collision on the north edge of Savoy Thursday morning.
According to a Champaign County sheriff's report, Steven M. Hartrick, 54, who listed an address in the 1700 block of West Green Street in Champaign, was driving an asphalt pavement-roller part of a work crew resurfacing U.S. 45. The vehicle is used to compact asphalt.
