Attorney pleads innocent; tentative July trial date set
URBANA – Saying he felt fine, "other than not wanting to be here," Danville attorney John "Pat" Wolgamot was arraigned and pleaded innocent Friday to federal charges of tax fraud conspiracy and helping to file false tax returns.
Chicago attorney Ted Poulos, representing Wolgamot, said, "It is a very difficult time for Mr. Wolgamot and his family."
