Man arrested in kidnapping attempt
WATSEKA – A Thawville man is in the Iroquois County Jail after being arrested for attempted kidnapping.
Iroquois County Sheriff Eldon Sprau said a deputy arrested John Mueller, 37, who listed an address in Thawville, on Friday after police were tipped off about an attempted abduction.
