New Catlin village board seated
CATLIN – About 50 community members were on hand to watch the swearing-in of the new Catlin village board on Tuesday.
Vermilion County Circuit Judge Nancy Fahey administered the oath of office to incoming mayor Clay Woodard and village commissioners David Biggerstaff, Rick L. Brown, Denis Schmit and Tom Taylor.
