Returning restaurateur plans remake of diner
CHAMPAIGN – For weeks now, brown paper has covered the windows of Carmon's, the longtime diner in downtown Champaign that closed March 31.
But in July, Mike Nelson expects to unveil a new look and concept for the restaurant at 415 N. Neil St.
