Arrest made in 1998 sexual assault case

DANVILLE – The arrest of a Danville man Monday may mark the end of two 1998 sex cases and years of investigation for the Vermilion County Sheriff's Department.

Russell A. Reeves, 30, who listed an address in the 100 block of Withner Street, was charged in Vermilion County Circuit Court on Friday with six counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault. The offense is a Class X felony.
