Man from Ogden accused of thefts, home repair fraud

An Ogden man is accused of a string of thefts and home repair fraud incidents.

Jesse L. Collins, 25, whose last known address was on Lincoln Avenue in Ogden, was arraigned on five separate warrants plus a new charge Wednesday.
