Georgetown murder-suicide under investigation
GEORGETOWN – Vermilion County Sheriff's investigators are investigating a murder-suicide that happened early Friday morning in Georgetown.
Jessica K. Stanton, 18, of Georgetown was shot multiple times shortly after 3 a.m. Friday outside her home in the 1100 block of Newlin, according to Rod Kaag, chief investigator with the Vermilion County Sheriff's office.
