Mattoon man injured in two-car accident

ST. JOSEPH – A Mattoon man was injured in a traffic accident near St. Joseph on Thursday afternoon.

According to state police, James B. McCrate, 20, of Mattoon was westbound on Interstate 74 near St. Joseph about 1:10 p.m. when he passed a truck and moved back to the right-hand lane.
