Family mourns teenager slain by her ex
GEORGETOWN – On Fridays, 18-year-old Jessica Stanton would go to lunch with her 65-year-old grandmother, Wanda Deck, and some of her grandmother's friends.
"There aren't too many kids who will do that," said Deck, who lives in Danville. "She was always a good kid, a good student, a kid that never gave her parents any problems at all. She was beautiful, tall and thin."
