Dissolution of Argenta police force worries residents
CISCO – The dissolution of the Argenta police force effectively ended a cooperative agreement with the village of Cisco in Piatt County and has left some Cisco residents upset over the loss of local police presence.
"We're really in limbo over this," said Cisco Village Board President Paula Chumley. "We just heard about this, and the intergovernmental agreement with Argenta is still in place. It has not been legally dissolved."
