Credit card theft shows need for caution

CHAMPAIGN – Samantha Rozier learned the hard way that she needs to lighten her wallet and pay much closer attention to what's in it.

A thief did it for her earlier this month, using several of her credit cards in a short time, creating a massive headache for the University of Illinois doctoral student as she tried to shut down accounts.
