Wendy's closes after company sues operators
URBANA – The operators of the recently reopened Wendy's Old-Fashioned Hamburgers in Mattoon closed it last week after Wendy's International claimed it hadn't authorized the store.
James P. May and Michael Quagliano agreed to close the store Thursday after the Dublin, Ohio-based fast-food chain sought a temporary restraining order against them in U.S. District Court in Urbana.
