State will upgrade Tuscola roads if FutureGen plant comes
TUSCOLA – If Tuscola lands the $1 billion FutureGen clean coal power plant, the state is prepared to improve roads to help motorists get there.
Illinois' Acting Secretary of Transportation Milton Sees toured the site of the proposed FutureGen near-zero-emissions power plant on Tuesday afternoon.
