Carle seeking street closures for expansion

URBANA – The Carle Foundation wants to move forward with a planned $144 million expansion of its hospital to create a new heart and vascular center adjacent to the hospital's north tower.

So it's dialing down some of the more controversial aspects of its original proposal.
