Urbana man found guilty on child porn, firearms charges

URBANA – An Urbana man faces a potential 85 years in prison when he is sentenced next month for child pornography, unlawful possession of firearm ammunition by a felon and being an armed habitual criminal.

A Champaign County jury Thursday convicted John Haywood, 46, of the 4300 block of East Airport Road of all those charges after deliberating about 90 minutes.
