Third family member dies after fire

CHAMPAIGN – There's a yellow slide in the backyard of Tom Keeton's home and a sign saying "Welcome Friends" by the front door, where a rainbow of long-stemmed roses lie on the front step, wrapped in plastic.

It's a family house, but there's nobody home.
