Tourists spend more in Vermilion County in 2006
DANVILLE – The tourism industry in Vermilion County has done more with less.
In 2006, tourists spent $67.6 million in the county – on entertainment, shopping, dining, gas and lodging – according to a recent study by the Travel Industry Association of America.
