Vigil held on anniversary of toddler's death
DANVILLE – When Ray Skidmore heard about the candlelight vigil to mark the 1-year anniversary of Reagan Williams' death, he felt compelled to be there.
Skidmore, a lieutenant with the Tilton Fire Department, responded to the 911 call for help at a Tilton home a year ago, and started CPR on a 2 1/2-year-old, who was unconscious. The child was Reagan.
