City moves toward study of Bresee Tower

DANVILLE – A trip to Kentucky may be next for those on a mission to secure Bresee Tower's deteriorating exterior.

The Danville City Council approved a move Tuesday night to split the cost of a survey that assesses the landmark's terra cotta surface, pieces of which have fallen from the building onto the sidewalk below.
