Family of 5 injured after van flips over
CHAMPAIGN – Five members of a Champaign family were taken to the hospital after an accident Wednesday evening in which a 3-year-old child was ejected from the family's van.
Illinois State Police at Pesotum said Angela Kerr, 31, of Champaign was driving north on Interstate 57 west of Champaign around 7:30 p.m. when Caroline Kerr, 3, unbuckled her restraints and her father, Jonathan Kerr, 35, tried to rebuckle them.
