Police team responds to citizens' concerns
CHAMPAIGN – A team of Champaign police officers is working to address citizen concerns in the Garden Hills area of Champaign, according to police.
Lt. Scott Swann, supervisor for the department's northwest district, said problems developed this spring with large, unruly groups of young people gathering in the streets, particularly in the 1100 and 1200 blocks of West Bradley Avenue.
