UI Extension gets needed funds
DANVILLE – About a dozen people left the Vermilion County Board meeting very happy Tuesday night after the board overwhelmingly granted the University of Illinois Extension's request for an additional $20,000.
Most of the dozen were Extension staffers or volunteers, and about half of them spoke before the meeting about the merits of Extension programs.
