Westville board examines impounding ordinances, fees

Village board member Roseann Viktora said she was studying the impounding ordinances used in Danville and Tilton, but Mayor Jeff Slavik said he wanted her to find a company willing to store the towed vehicles before writing a draft of an ordinance for the village.
