Ex-boyfriend to be charged in toddler's death

DANVILLE – A little more than a year after 2 1/2-year-old Reagan Williams' death, prosecutors plan to charge the ex-boyfriend of the Tilton toddler's mother with her murder.

"It's time," paternal grandfather Greg Williams said Wednesday, after learning that 21-year-old Ryan Allhands of Tilton is scheduled to be charged today with Williams' granddaughter's murder.
